Your particular circumstances will dictate what medical procedures are required for surrogacy. However, all cases will involve aspects of In Vitro Fertilization or IVF. The fertilization process is conducted by qualified fertility clinics with expertise in IVF and other assisted reproductive technologies.
The process of preparing your body for the embryo transfer and pregnancy is very specific and must be followed diligently. Injections are part of the process and may be necessary for several months. If you do not have someone to help you administer injections, a nurse at your fertility center can assist you.

All of the details are spelled out in the surrogacy agreement you sign with your intended parents. All out of pocket expenses including travel, medical and legal fees should be covered by your intended parents.
Yes, finding the best match is the foundation for the entire surrogacy experience. It is a mutual matching process through which you choose each other.
Yes, we recommend that you retain an attorney that is familiar with surrogacy law. If you do not have access to an attorney TSE can recommend an attorney to you. All attorney fees will be written into your contract.
